Spring Greens, Salmon & Herby Yoghurt Bowl

Fresh, vibrant, and designed to support:

🌿 Ingredients (Serves 2)


  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 cup steamed new potatoes (halved)

  • 1 cup asparagus

  • 2 handfuls mixed greens (spinach, rocket)

  • ½ avocado

  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Herby yoghurt:


  • 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt for dairy-free)

  • Fresh dill or parsley

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Pinch sea salt


👩🍳 Method


  1. Bake salmon at 180°C for 12–15 minutes

  2. Steam asparagus and potatoes

  3. Assemble greens, potatoes, and avocado

  4. Top with salmon

  5. Spoon over herby yoghurt and drizzle olive oil
