"I have made good progress!"

The achievable advice from Carla regarding my aims and targets. I felt that these were realistic which helped me achieve the goal of making small changes. I felt comfortable during my sessions, we discussed my current symptoms and was offered direction on how to have a positive outcome to meet the targets that were set. I also appreciated the time Carla took in researching additional items for me. The sessions were beneficial, as I am quite a negative person and seeing it from another angle helped me realise I have made some good progress.

The most useful thing about my consultation was changing a few things, made me feel less bloated, helped me lose weight and generally feel better about myself, what more can you ask for!
