I’m Carla, a UK-registered nutritional therapist, and I created The Heart of the Matter Nutrition to help people understand the real reasons they don’t feel their best and what to do about it. My aim is simple: to replace confusion with clarity and restriction with balance, so you can enjoy food, energy and confidence again.
